Track my orderUpdated a month ago


To track the delivery status of your order, go to my account/my orders. Click on the tracking number of the order concerned.

If the tracking number is missing, you can contact us directly via our contact form.

However, orders for our Boutiques are not tracked: you will receive an email and a text message once your order is ready for collection.


* During the sales period, the preparation and dispatch of your order may take slightly longer.
