Any item returned incomplete (product label, strap, removable foam, fasteners, buttons), damaged, washed or stained will not be accepted. No refund will be made.

Your return request may be refused in two cases:

- The return deadline has passed. In this case, we reserve the right to replace your refund request by the creation of a credit note for the amount of the returned items.

- Your item does not meet the return conditions detailed above.

Each product is examined on receipt. If your item has a defect, we are sincerely sorry and invite you to let us know by contacting us via our contact form.
