So that we can continue to offer you lower prices on products that are already fairly priced, we've decided to include a small 3€ contribution for postal returns that contain 100% sale items.

Specifically, 3€ will be deducted from your refund (or credit note) if your return contains only discounted products.

This change only concerns metropolitan France.

If your return contains both sale and full-price products, you won't be charged the 3€. You will be refunded the amount paid for the returned items.

Returns to stores remain free of charge for discounted products, as they do not involve shipping costs.
