Refund times

Your return package will be processed within 10 to 15 working days of receipt*. The amount will be refunded to the bank account of the card used to pay for the order. The processing of your return will be confirmed by e-mail. From this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 5 to 10 working days.

For the full return of an order, shipping costs will be reimbursed for metropolitan France only.

If you received a discount code with your order, this will not be credited back to your account.

If after 3 weeks your return has still not been processed by our team, please write to us using our contact form.

*These times may be extended during sales, collection launches or busy periods. 

Multi-payment refunds

If you have paid for your order with a gift card, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase and to the gift card used, which will be credited with the amount spent.

You can use this code for future orders.

Please note: The gift card is only valid for 1 year from the date of receipt of the initial code. After this date, it will become invalid.
