Exchanges are only possible in store.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased on our site, you can do so in-store. You will need your delivery note and the card used to make the purchase.

We do not offer remote exchanges. We invite you to return the unsuitable item by following the usual procedure to obtain a refund or credit note.

Then, we invite you to place another order on our e-shop.

For metropolitan France, if you place a new order on our e-shop for the same article in a different size from your initial order, we will offer you free shipping. To do this, please contact customer service using our contact form, quoting your new order number. Shipping costs will be refunded once the order has been shipped.
