🇫🇷 From Mainland France
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return your items free of charge.
Two options are available:
Option 1: Return in one of our Ysé boutiques
1. Visit the Ysé boutique of your choice.
2. Our teams will process an immediate refund directly to the card used for payment.
Option 2: Return via drop-off point or post office
1. Declare your return online
- Go to your “My Account / My Orders” space, or click directly .
- Select “Generate a return” and follow the indicated steps.
- Choose your refund method
- A credit note* for the amount of the item (issued once your parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse),
- or a standard refund to your original payment method.
2. Print and attach the return label received by email to your parcel.
3. Drop off your parcel at the drop-off point or post office of your choice.
Your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 working days after your parcel is dropped off.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
* Items purchased in Le Bon Marché or Galeries Lafayette corners must be returned directly to those stores.
** To make a second return, you can repeat the same process.
*** Please note that items without their original tag attached cannot be returned.
**** In-store purchases must be returned in store only. Refunds will be made exclusively to the original payment card.
***** Credit notes are non-refundable.
🌍 From Another Country
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your items.
Returns are free for all European Union countries, except Switzerland.
Outside of Europe, you can download a prepaid return label at a negotiated rate — the cost will be deducted from your refund.
How to return your order
1. Declare your return online
Go to your “My Account / My Orders” section or click directly here.
Click on “Generate a return” and follow the steps.
2. Print and attach the return label received by email to your parcel.
3. Drop off your parcel at the post office or drop-off point of your choice.
Your refund will be issued within 10 to 15 working days after your parcel is dropped off.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed.
Return options depending on your country
🇪🇺 For EU countries:
- Standard return : you choose your carrier (shipping costs at your expense).
- Prepaid Drop-off return: return via a Chronopost drop-off point.
- Economy prepaid return: free prepaid label to download and attach directly to your parcel.
Tip:
For Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands,
choose the Prepaid Drop-off Return option : it’s free.
For the rest of Europe (excluding Switzerland), the Economy Prepaid Return option is free.
🌏 For the rest of the world
Express Prepaid Return: available with a prepaid label costing €15
(this is the only option available outside the European Union).
