Available payment methods 

Online (e-shop) and in-store: You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact).Payment via Apple Pay is also available, but it is not compatible with relay point delivery for e-shop orders. 

In store: Cash payment (€) accepted

Online (e-shop): Payment via PayPal is available, but not in store. 

Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order is validated.

Payment in instalments 

You can pay in 2 or 3 free instalments (over 2 or 3 months) for orders of €150 or more, only for deliveries in mainland France on the eshop and in our boutiques.

This option is available at the “Payment” stage of your order, via the Alma platform.

Returning an entire order :

You will be reimbursed for the 1st instalment only, and the 2nd and 3rd instalments will be cancelled.

Example: If you ordered for €300, you will be refunded €100 (1st instalment), and the remaining €200 (2nd and 3rd instalments) will be cancelled.

Partial return:

Alma will adjust the remaining payments according to the refund amount, and refund payments already made if necessary.
