When placing your order, you can add a promo code, a credit code or a gift card. 

You'll need to enter the code* in the appropriate box at checkout. 

*Adding a space when entering the code may cause an error.

OUR GIFT CARDS

We offer an electronic version of our gift card on our e-shop and in our boutique.

The gift card is valid for 1 year and can be used in several instalments, up to its value, on the e-shop or in store.

It can be re-credited if your gift card purchase is returned.

E-gift cards are sent to the e-mail address of the Ysé account used to place the order. We invite you to forward it or print it for the lucky recipient.

A paper version is only available in our boutiques.

The gift card is valid on our eshop and in boutiques (excluding department stores).

It is non-exchangeable and non-refundable*.

The gift card is only available and usable in France.

*The gift card is neither exchangeable nor refundable. All items purchased with a gift card are subject to the same 14-day return policy.

OUR DISCOUNT CODES 

We have chosen not to over-produce and to offer you fair prices. However, it can happen that we are too optimistic about quantities. That's why we organize a few discount sales a year. To be the first to know, sign up for our newsletter. Please note that promotional codes are not valid on clearance sale products.

We do not offer welcome discounts or codes for first-time orders.

Students benefit from a 10% discount all year round on our site, except on sale items, gift cards and gift sets. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions. More information here: student discount.

In the event of return, the coupon used will not be credited or reimbursed. Promotional codes are only valid in metropolitan France.
